Hey, I’m Sarah.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a coach and therapist trainee for those looking to get more in touch with their aliveness. I specialize in supporting queer, trans & gender-expansive folks and people navigating religious trauma, shame, identity exploration & beyond!

I hope to meet all of the parts of you - the lonely ones, the embarrassed ones, the silly ones, the angry ones, the grieving ones. With me, they’re all welcome.

is depth-oriented and steeped in Gestalt, mindfulness and existential-humanistic modalities. I explore this work through a lens that is queer competent, trauma informed, liberation focused, and intersectionally feminist.

My style is soft, relaxed, sometimes funny (up for debate) and relational - I’ll bring myself into the field and wonder what it’s like to sit together. It is not uncommon that I will share my experience and parts of myself with you. Us seeing each other as whole humans is important to how I work.

Awareness is the change agent of Gestalt practice. I will invite gentle curiosity and inquire about things that I notice, so as to hopefully facilitate a liberation from stories that no longer support you.

You get to choose what you want here. I will be next to you as we walk there, together.

FAQ

  • It depends on what you are hoping for! I often find that this deep work allows for things to move - for stuck places to start to feel unstuck. My work as a therapist is to really be with you, to hear you, to see you, to know you. For me, this has been deeply healing and has offered me a lot of space for more aliveness. I would love to hear more about what you’re needing so we can explore what this process might look like for you.

  • I charge $180/session but offer a few sliding scale slots for folks needing more flexibility. If this feels unattainable to you, please reach out and we can explore options!

I also offer discounts for session bundles.

  • Aliveness, like everything, is relative. To me, aliveness is the feeling I get when I get to make a choice, when I can access my boundary or my no, when I notice myself (my breath, my body, my being), when I am aware of what I’m experiencing, when I am in full alignment with all parts of myself (the angry parts, the embarrassed parts, the avoidant parts, etc.), when all of me is allowed to come out and play!
